Tickets sold are not refundable.
How can I cancel my ticket?
For customer-initiated-cancellation:
The cancellation fee is 100% for all tickets purchased. We advise that you request for a reschedule instead.

We will make every effort to notify you promptly. Any refund or alternative arrangements will be governed following the bus operator's policy.
What is the baggage's limitation?
You can bring small baggages on board and store the bigger luggage in the trunk. For luggages above 8kg or exceeding 2 pieces, an additional charges of RM8 will be imposed.
Are pets allowed on the bus?
No pet or item(s) with strong smell are allowed in the bus.
