Getting there:

  • If you're taking a Grab or taxi to KL Sentral, set the drop of point as "KL Sentral Departure Hall". When you get inside the hall, you will see the counter.
  • If you access by public transit modes, note that the bus departure location is on the same level with KLIA Departure Hall (ERL - Express Rail Link).

Note : KL Sentral is the largest transit hub in Kuala Lumpur. We recommend that you re-check the access to the departure location near your trip date again for a smooth boarding.

Getting there:

It is recommended to hail a Grab, taxi or other e-hailing services, since public transportation is not so popular in the small town of Teluk Intan. The locals usually have their family or friends to help pickup and dropoff at the terminal.

Getting there:

For Malaysia citizen, you can use BMJ Bus (Bas Muafakat Johor) free of charge. If you get there by your personal vehicles, parking spaces for cars and motorbikes are available around the bus station.

In major bus terminals, ticket counters are integrated and centralized for all bus operators. Customer can drop by any boarding pass counter to print the boarding pass. Our service are available at about 55 major bus terminals in Peninsular Malaysia, including:

Centralized ticket counter

Good to know before boarding

  1. Estimate enough time to exchange your boarding pass at the boarding pass counters.
    * Wait and queue time may vary depending on bus terminal
    * Prepare with you the Reservation Number or Reservation email for smoother experience
  2. Show up at the designated boarding gate at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
  3. A small fee may incur for the exchanging of boarding pass.
