Where can I find my reservation details?
After booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation email. You can find every detail in that email.
What should I do on the departure date?
Please be at the designated boarding area 15 minutes before departure. Get boarding pass at counter.
How can I get the refund?
Ticket sold is not refundable.
How can I cancel my ticket?
Ticket sold cannot be canceled. However, you can request for a change in departure date and time. If you wish to change your ticket(s), please make sure to reach out to us at least 24 hours prior to departure time.

What is the baggage's limitation?
You can bring small baggages on board, and keep the luggage in the trunk. However, additional charges of RM8 will be imposed to any luggages more than 8kg or more than 2 pieces.
